Texas Tax Amnesty Program Available Through June 29

The Texas Comptroller’s Office is offering a program that will allow some taxpayers relief from penalties and interest on tax due. The Texas Tax Amnesty Program is available through Friday, June 29, 2018. Eligibility requirements and frequently asked questions can be found on the Texas Comptroller’s website.

Tax forms and submission requirements can also be found on the Comptroller’s website, and payments should be sent to the Comptroller of Public Accounts.
