SLSOT Board Names Stephanie Laurich Interim Executive Director

The Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLSOT) Board of Directors announces the appointment of Stephanie A. Laurich, SPHR, CCP, as Interim Executive Director, effective immediately. She succeeds Philip R. Ballinger, who retired on January 2, 2015 after 22 years of distinguished service.

With 14 years senior management experience serving as Director of Human Resources & Administration, Stephanie brings an intimate knowledge of SLSOT operations, positioning her to provide strong leadership while guiding the organization through a smooth management transition.

The Board appointed search committee continues to focus its efforts on identifying a permanent Executive Director that possesses the vision, industry knowledge, and innovative thinking necessary to advance SLSOT.
