Arthur J. Gallagher Announces New Acquisitions

Global insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced that it has acquired two new firms to expand its reach in Texas and Illinois.

Zuber Insurance Agency, Inc., based in Houston, Texas, is a full-service insurance agency focusing on property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, and life insurance in the state of Texas. The agency will continue to operate out of its current location, but will fall under the leadership of Gallagher’s South Central operations.

Williams-Manny Insurance Group is a retail insurance broker and employee benefits consultant in Rockford, Illinois. The company operates out of offices in Rockford, Wheaton, and Freeport, Illinois, and will continue to do so. All existing offices will be overseen by the Gallagher Midwest division.

Gallagher is an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm that is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. It operates in 33 countries and has the means to offer services in more than 150 countries around the world through partnerships with brokers and consultants.
